2. Purpose and scope
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of World Cup Fantasy, an entertainment platform for creating and joining fantasy leagues related to sports competitions. By registering or using the platform you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the service.
3. Capacity and minimum age
To register you must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to contract. If you are under 18, you must have the authorisation of your parent or legal guardian. The owner reserves the right to cancel accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.
4. Registration and account security

Creating fake accounts, impersonating others or sharing credentials is prohibited.
5. Permitted use of the platform
The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, respecting applicable legislation, the rights of third parties and these terms. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- Manipulating the service or accessing other users' accounts.
- Using bots, scripts or automated tools to gain an advantage in the game.
- Publishing offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or illegal content.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without express authorisation.
6. Game content and mechanics
World Cup Fantasy may include scores, markets, standings, transfers and other game mechanics. The owner may adjust rules, values, rounds or technical behaviour at any time to fix errors, improve the experience or comply with applicable regulations, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content (code, design, texts, images, logos) is owned by the controller or its licensors and protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.
Player and competition data used may be subject to third-party rights. Its use is limited exclusively to the operation of the platform.
8. Service availability
The owner will endeavour to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance tasks, updates or temporary suspensions may occur, and we will try to communicate them in advance where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is offered as a leisure and entertainment tool. To the extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages, loss of profits or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service.
- Interruptions, technical errors or third-party failures (hosting providers, external services).
- Decisions made by users within the game.
- Unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
10. Privacy and data protection
The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and must be read together with them.
11. Push notifications and communications
When you install the mobile app, you will be asked for permission to receive push notifications. This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time from your device settings. We do not send commercial communications without prior consent.
12. Account suspension and cancellation
The owner may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent use or a legal obligation requires it. In serious cases, suspension may be immediate and without prior notice. You may request account cancellation at any time by contacting us.
13. Amendments to the terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical or functional changes. We will notify you of relevant changes at least 15 days in advance through the platform and/or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect implies acceptance.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers under European and Spanish consumer regulations.
